CRC provide 3 options to enable you to provide competitive telecoms services to your customers.
Partner Options:
1. Dealer – Customers are invoiced and payments collected by CRC Telecom. We pay you commission on all calls and lines as per the tariff sheet.
2. Wholesale Billing - Customer invoices are emailed direct to your customers fully branded in your name. We invoice you for the cost of services and billing charges less commission on all calls and lines as per the tariff sheet.
3. Wholesale Billing & DD - Customer invoices are emailed direct to your customers fully branded in your name and collection of payments is made by us under the generic name of ‘Comms Services’. We provide you with a statement and pay you the commission due on all calls and lines based on the tariff sheet less billing and DD charges within 30 days.
Note: the tariff sheet is stored at www.crctelecom.co.uk in the partner area as a downloadable document called Local, National and Mobile Rates with Commissions.
Process:
1. Simply submit a Calls & Lines Order Form - stored in the partner area (adaptable to your own brand for wholesale partners).
2. On receipt of your order form we will connect your customer electronically (process takes 10-15 days to activate service).
3. We then invoice at the beginning of each calendar month according to the partner option chosen above.
4. Statements and commission are processed within 30 days.
Wholesale Options give you the opportunity to become a telecoms supplier without the need for billing software. Wholesale uses a combination of our Billing & DD services. Sample bills are available with your logo.
Commission
This ranges from 17.5% of the call revenue down to 5% of the call revenue depending on the tariff selected. Commission on lines is fixed at 20p/line per month.
Billing & DD Charges
Billing Facility Only
Client Set Up £9.00 each.
Ongoing Charges 2% of monthly billed revenue
Billing & Direct Debit Facility
Client Set Up £9.00 each.
Ongoing charges 4% of monthly billed revenue
All transactions will be supported with a detailed monthly statement.
All prices exclude VAT.
Wholesale partners also need to sign the Telecoms Facilities Management Contract V.1 and email us a copy of your logo. We will then ensure that you have access to all relevant information and will offer guidance in selecting the appropriate call tariff for your customer.
